· 2-3 fresh oranges
· 1 lime or lemon
· 1 1-inch piece fresh ginger
· 1-inch piece of fresh turmeric (or 1 teaspoon powder)
· 2 cloves of fresh garlic
· 1/2 -1 teaspoon fresh or powdered pepper
How to do it?
1. Take the juice out of the orange and lemon / lime and pour it into the blender.
2. Chop the ginger, turmeric and garlic into small pieces and add to the blender.
3. Add the cayenne pepper and mix on high speed for a few minutes until everything is well blended and incorporated.
4. Strain (if desired) and pour into a glass. Drink one glass a day, preferably at least 30 minutes before breakfast.
NOTE: During the treatment, preferably eat natural foods, do not eat flour, refined sugars and meats for a period of at least one week.
